Can I extend my trial if I need more time?
Your free 14-day free trial begins when you create a Zenhub account and sign in for the first time. For the duration of your trial, you can invite and collaborate with unlimited team members. If you need more time to get your team into Zenhub and properly try out the features, please contact our team to extend your trial.
How does Zenhub’s pricing work?
Zenhub’s pricing is pay-as-you-go processed securly in Stripe. Your plan can grow with your team and there are no contracts to sign. Zenhub’s dashboard is your team’s payment hub. You can add licenses, make payments, grant administrator permissions, and more right from the dashboard.
Can I pay annually for a discount on Zenhub?
Yes, when you opt for annual payments, you get 4 months of free access to Zenhub (that’s 33% off!) Go to the Zenhub dashboard and click ‘Add Licenses’ then select the yearly option.
Who can make a payment on the Zenhub dashboard?
Whoever makes the first payment for Zenhub will become that organization’s administrator. This administrator can control payments from Zenhub’s dashboard.
What forms of payment does Zenhub accept?
Zenhub payments are securly processed through Stripe. We accept major credit card including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Invoice billing is available. For invoiced billing, please contact sales.
What currency are subscriptions charged in?
All of Zenhub’s plans are charged in USD.
